What should I eat to keep my belly flat for tonight?!

So tonight is my 21st birthday party, and I'm wearing this dramatically tight pencil skirt. It looked good when I tried the outfit on this morning, but I'm a little hesitant about food, because even the smallest bloating will show and kind of ruin the effect. What can I do and/or eat to stay looking neat and svelte for my party?!
