How do I both restrain AND have enough in me to soak up the oceans of alcohol I will inevitably be encouraged to consume?
I would get some control underwear, I know that it can be uncomfortable, but that way you won't have to worry too much. If you are naturally flat but bloat up a tiny bit after eating, that would definitely keep you from looking bloated.
But as for food, no salt, that will make you bloat up more. Drink lots of water, eat things like fruit and veggies. Avoid a lot of carbs too.
Lean turkey or chicken. Oranges, watermelon, cucumbers. Decaf green tea with a slice of lemon no sugar and drink plenty of water! No salt, sodas, beans , coffee and no fast food of any kind.
Control portion size.
If you eat maybe half a fist full of food every hour or so, your metabolism will burn that off and you won't get bloated. Also, avoid foods that are high in sodium.
