I KNOW there's no 1 specific food or pill that will make hair healthier, longer or grow faster and that a well balanced diet is key to healthy skin, hair and nails.
But, I've noticed a significant improvement in my hair since I began making sure I eat wild caught salmon at LEAST 2x a week & sardines at least once a week.
I've also noticed a difference since I began putting 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed in my oatmeal every morning.
I went through a period in which I was addicted to almonds and walnuts and I noticed an overall improvement in hair shine.
