Any tips for preventing a regression to eating disorders?

Anonymous
I use to be bulimic for quite some time not to long ago, and I ended up losing about 45 pounds. I started off chubby so believe it or not it only improved my appearance and everyone thought I looked amazing. No one suspected anything, so I think that is a bit of proof I never got to an unhealthy body weight. Although my health did was not at its best in other ways, my period stopped my hair and skin because very dry and irritated etc. One day I found blood on a tissue I was coughing into and something just clicked and I pretty much quit cold turkey. Don't get me wrong it was incredibly hard but I stopped myself from purging somehow. Since then I have been able to maintain a healthy body weight for about 6 months, but in the past month due to the holidays etc I have put on about ten pounds. I want to lose that little bit of extra weight, but I am really worried about going back to my old habits. I am worried because I know I am still a bit neurotic about food nothing too extreme, but people have mentioned it to me. If anything more people notice now then when I really had a problem because of my food dairy. Honestly I use this to keep myself in check so I don't binge. I have finally become happy for what I look like for the most part I just want to change one thing.

But, enough of my rambling I was wondering if anyone had some advice on how to diet carefully and not to back to old habits?
