Actually I do. Every morning after brushing my teeth I use one of those disposable interdental brush while in the evening, just before going to bed, I floss my teeth after brushing to remove all food remnants from the day.

The interdental brush does obviously not such a great job as floss (waxed) because it does not reach those tight spaces on the teeth but more those more spaced ones near the gums.

I take great care of my teeth and besides going twice a year to a dental hygienist, I have never had the misfortune to be (mis) handled by a dentist.

Not yet, just a regular brush, but I might try the interdental brush someday.
