Compete on a HiGH level
Proviron them all wrong
It's a long journey so sustanon your energy
Winny the competition

When YK11 what you're doing in the gym, usually you know (yk) what you're doing in the kitchen. Otherwise your work is wasted and even raises stress levels in your body.

You just have Tbol-ieve in yourself.
Gynow it is hard, i also experienced self doubt. Mindset is what makes you happy, not the body.
S4 the progress, as for the gains. You won't notice how you're suddenly fit if you don't pay attention to every detail. - 1 mo
Be positive. Don't throw insulin-ts at yourself or others.
If someone insults your body, tell them they aromasin the whole point of going to the gym.
Comparing yourself to others is SARMful for your mind, no matter how fit you are.
Sometimes, it helps to see the gym as a place where you switch "gears" and aren't a social person at all.
You have to do the work. Nolvaexlse (no one else) can do it for you.

When trying to gain mass, a slight caloric surplus is proven to speed up growth, but don't forget that old saying "sharing is cardarine". Don't keep the food to yourself.
IGF-1 piece of advice to give, it’s consistency.
True that part of it is, DNP so hard on yourself if you miss a lift
But if you just blast through in a motivated start and then cruise without increasing difficulty, you won't make progress. The body just adapts to avoid transformation.
Yet external stressors outside the gym can also act as plateau breakers, so when the odds are "Stacked" against you, keep pushing. - 1 mo
Stop making PCT-iful excuses for why you missed leg day.
You need to creatine environment that forces you to succeed every single day.
Just in casein point: discipline will always outlast temporary motivation. - 1 mo

No matter what in life the key to it is being disciplined being disciplined is enjoying and making time for whatever it is you're doing I do not work out because with my job I'm very physical and I stay in really good shape I might do some sit-ups or push-ups every once in awhile or Tai Chi if you really want to do something to your body or fix your body or become really healthy don't try to touch you it will blow you away if you are disciplined and follow through

1 moI don't go to the actual gym too often. If for some reason I skipped my morning run, I'll go to the actual gym during the day just to be able to do things inside in the sunmer. Or I'll swim. But doing something is easy if you can stick to a routine. Skipping too many days makes not going a routine. It's tougher to go back to going after stopping than it is to stop. That's natural.

No, i don't go to Gym, but do exercises at home and Garden, but if I Stop sometimes, then it becomes very difficult to restart again
I work out regularly but im not a gym goer. I hate the feeling of clothing when im working out so I wear as little as possible and for that reason I prefer working up a sweat in the comfort of my home.
Find it hard to have motivation some days cause my job is physically demanding, but my desire to keep consistency gets me going even when I’m not feeling it.10 Reply

1.1K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. Gym is a load of wank. I spend at least two hours per session working out so like I'm gonna make that three by having to drive there and back.
Work out at home.
Just need a pullup bar. Gymnastic rings. Pullups, ring dips, pressups and inverted rows. Weight vest them when you can do 15 reps. Focus on quality rather than cheaty shite.
I have weights and a bar for deadlift and squats.

1 moI don’t like gyms , not since they have become places where people socialize , show off , or spend more time living an “insta” life than actually working out.
I exercise every day apart from Sunday , some cardio , some upper and lower body , strength and flexibility.
For me it’s not about motivation any more , it’s about staying healthy and basic respect for my body.00 Reply
1 moI built a gym in my house so I don’t have to go to the gym downtown. Spend which you were on a yearly membership on Workout equipment to keep in a spare room or in your garage. After a couple years, you’ll have a full gym at your house. Then you have no excuse not to work out, ever.
00 ReplyGym is a waste of time. Built a home gym with cable machines, pullup bars and full dumbbell sets. Sometimes hit the outdoor chalisthenic area close by. Every day, twice a day, about 20-50minutes per "session" depends what the plan is.
00 ReplyNope not at all. I work out exactly zero times. I have never been a member of a gym, can’t imagine going to one to workout, and wouldn’t even know where to start.

1 moI don't have a gym membership. It's not necessary to stay in shape. I do pushups and sits ups each day and when the weather is nice out, I go out to either kick a ball around or go on a hike.

u 1 mo@Maybe_Maybe_not What are you talking about? I used to be a sports strainer. Well, what else am I supposed to do? I’m not there in person with her to train her so I have to give her advice on what you have to do besides just running. Its not spam. This is kind of offensive to me. I don’t know what you’re trying to get at here?

@Maybe_Maybe_not why don't you mind your own business, the man is a champion just for your record and he didn't do anything wrong, he was just giving her an advice, why were you so furious about it?
If there was something that had bothered you, just say it but you can't attack people just like that!

I'm talking about a parable illustrating similarities between comment management and mail management, I found it to be an interesting comparison. There was nothing personal involved, just satire.
@tonymetal___86
Hello Tony, my comment doesn't seem to say I am furious. At least not to me. I take it that you didn't find my parable interesting, it's fine with me. Also yes, I think we have the right to give opinions, which may clash with your wish that I mind my business. So what do we do? - 1 mo
@Maybe_Maybe_not to mind your own business means if you can't respect other people's opinions than you shouldn't say something that might hurt them or make them feel bad...
It's good to know now that you're trying to explain what you have meant and that there's nothing personal about it, we try to aim to make this site a place for a good connection with each other, to help each other and act like humans that's all... - 1 mo
