It's a pretty decent diet regimen, but like kheserthorpe said, more protein and vegetables. If you get hungry, start adding things with more fiber into your diet, and some almonds from time to time as they're a hunger suppressant. Drink a glass of water before you even touch the food. It'll help fill up the space in your stomach and the food afterward will give you substance so you'll feel full, just with less food. And if you ever work up to it, try incorporate random intervals of sprints in your walking routine. I don't remember it exactly though I'm sure you could search it, but it was something like...15 seconds of sprints and 30 seconds of walking is better than a minute of constant jogging? Sorry I can't support that, but that's something to look into. Take care :)
MyFitnessPal... It's a community that is based on getting healthy and loosing or gaining weight. Try it, it works for me. I've lost 23 lbs in 2 months. The things that you might think are right, things that you've heard over the years might be completely wrong! Believe it or not, you have to eat to lose. Also, watch the movie FatHead... Very interesting!

Losing weight is easier than it seems.. you just have to know the right nutrition to go along with you're daily life. I'm studying to be a nutritionist and it's exhausting trying to argue why somebody's fad diet is wrong.. there's no short answer to you're question by the way because this is just a small piece of how you live.. by the way what you eat is important but a bigger issue is when you eat.. try and find somebody (maybe at a gym) that has some answers you're looking for.
You need to run more, or at least do more high intensity cardio.
You are listing your diet, which is fine. However, I strongly doubt you're gonna eat the same thing every day for the rest of your life. Try to build on it without adding too many unhealthy items. Make it a lifestyle to be healthy.

Juice has quite a bit of calories per serving. Try sticking to water if you can. Try some weight lifting before your walk. low weight lots reps. Reason I say that is when your not working out your body will still burn fat to recover your muscle tissues.

Its not like actual juice I don't know what ud call it but I chuck a heap of fruit in and drink

You need more protein. Frankly you could be eating more in general. You don't eat much, but a lot of what you are eating are things I'd eat in moderation to maximize weight loss (juice, cheese, bread).
More vegetables, eggs, lean meat and some low fat dairy would be advisable.
you need more food, but walking and swimming are good. Can add bike riding too if you have a bike you can set up in your house (if it's getting cold for you over there, I know it's getting colder here) or go riding out and about.
No doubt this will work if you stick to it. No reason to starve yourself to lose weight.
Im not starving myself I'm hungry sometimes before dinner but I don't seem to be getting very hungry. But thankyou :)

If your swim is vigorous, you should be losing weight with that diet. Swimming is a calorie burner.
