I need to lose weight. Do you think this will work?

Ok so I am walking 1 hr every day plus a 15 minute walk and half an hour swim. My diet consists of a pineapple orange and apple morning juice (I make this myself) a cheese and tomate sandwich, a carrot and either a well balanced meal or a fat burner shake.

Tips, opinions or comments?
