and how?
USA sees too many relational tragedies. The closer people are, the more a sudden change or violations can hurt. Alcohol and medications likely feeds the mess.
I recall seeing Japanese managers trained to express their emotions by crying. We could do the same.
Finding peace in hurtful situations can be difficult, training emotions and spirit helpful?
Do we train enough? Are we prepared for difficulty in close relationships?

Note: this is one reason women like guys whom have good emotional intelligence. They may be able to handle them better, lifes changes, and give them a better chance to produce offspring and survive.

in America, you don't get over tragedies... you just move on to the next one and forget about the last one...
It is not anything you can train for. It is more a function of how well you know yourself and what you need to do to get back up and do what needs to be done
ok, not convinced of that.
I don't because I don't need to
I hope you can keep a good mind through your older years.
Older years? I dont aim to live past 60. Im effectively middle aged for me.
That's fair. and none of us have 1 minute from now other than by good fortunes. I hope the next 30 is better than the last! saulte!
