I shower daily, wash my hands often, brush my teeth twice a day and exercise almost every day. I try to keep my apartment clean and wash my sheets at lest once a week (more often if there has been some great sex in them). I'm not perfect but I try.

Probably too much. I often wash my hands so much that if I don't use lotion, my knuckles crack open and bleed because they get too dried out.

When I was a kid, I never washed my hands even when I was playing in the dirt, handling snakes, toads and funguses. I grew up having a cast iron immune system. With people around, I try to do better.
