What can I do if my physical therapist schedules next week’s visits without asking?

Today after PT my therapist had already put me in for certain days and times for next week. He handed me the schedule for the day. I told him I couldn’t make it on Friday and need to schedule it for another day. Not looking at others schedules in the computer he says it’s all booked. I asked to see another therapists that had availability and he said they are all booked too.

What part sounds fishy? The part where he won’t let me see another therapist or already scheduling without asking?

he just said that all therapists were booked.

Could that be even possible? One of the days he wasn’t there I was able to book with another therapists.

Cancel then and if he keeps doing it, find another one I hate people that try to control my schedule their way or the highway

I’ve been trying to change therapist at the location. I’ll have to call instead. Someone called during my session last week and the receptionist walked back to tell him someone had to reschedule. I don’t know why she didn’t look it up in the system.

Also I probably should have said if you can’t find me someone else I’ll find a facility that can accommodate.
