How many weeks will I get slim?

I jump rope for 1 week now, for about 20 minutes a day.

For every 3,500 calories you are in debt when compared to your daily calories needs you lose 1 pound. You can do this by either cutting some calories out or by exercise. I know you wanna look good but honestly though, if you start moving towards a healthy diet pounds will fall off even without exercise. I have to make a point to eat crap sometimes because its hard for me to keep weight on eating healthy. If you want a great body it takes work.

Is that all the exercise you do? How much do you eat? So many other factors at work.
