For every 3,500 calories you are in debt when compared to your daily calories needs you lose 1 pound. You can do this by either cutting some calories out or by exercise. I know you wanna look good but honestly though, if you start moving towards a healthy diet pounds will fall off even without exercise. I have to make a point to eat crap sometimes because its hard for me to keep weight on eating healthy. If you want a great body it takes work.

Good start, but yu'll not an overall body workout as you get more in shape. But good for you for starting.
if you jump rope for 20 minutes every day for 3 weeks you'll loose...well approx. 20 min. per a day,i'm not sure about how many weeks you'll loose
