Trying to lose weight.

I want to go on a diet, I'm not huge but I want to lose a few pounds.

I go walking in the evening but I wanted to know if any of you know of any good healthy food that I could make quickly because I go to college and have quite a lot of work to do so I don't want to spend hours thinking about what foods I can and cannot eat.

so any ideas? it would be really helpful :) thanks
