I don't know if you're fat, but if you only mention your boobs and stomach, I don't really think you're fat but you're just too selfconcious about your bodyshapes.

You should be glad you have curves at the right places! Girls with flat chests aren't that happy too sometimes!

I have big boobs too, it can make you feel fatter but remember it isn't fat. They can be overpowering especially when you are short. You probably aren't fat, just not confident. It's hard to build up confidence but I think that's probably the real issue here.

You didn't specify your weight, which I imagine you did for a reason. At 5'2 you shouldn't weigh more than 145/150, less technically
