Its not super bad, but he fat is something to be aware of. I would put no more than 2 tablespoons, but then you've eaten 20 grams of fat and 180 cals- basically another small snack. Why not substitute a bit of avocado on your sandwich? Better yet, if you don't like avocado, spread some hummus on your sandwich- super tasty and you get the flavor.

No, there's real flavor and nutrition. It justc omes with LOADS of cholesterol and saturated fat, which you should limit in your diet.

The fat and preservative are the only things that stick out to me. The other ingredients are natural, and the sodium and cholesterol are small amounts that won't hurt you if you're only having one serving size.
