And the healthier the balance of your meals (protein and healthy carbs... meat and veggies) the faster your weight loss. When your food is balanced your body turns down and levels out your insulin... and insulin controls everything... how alert you feel, how much body fat your store, and how much fat you shed.
Balance your food... 4 - 6 small meals a day. Just meat and LOTS of veggies. Cut out fruit, breads, cereals, milk, and any sugar. If you get light headed from too little carbs add well washed canned black beans (no sugary baked beans.)
And lift weights three times a week and do cardio three times a week.
And get lots of rest. When your body is exhausted it stores body fat and it makes you sleepy... which makes your food decisions horrible!

Only drink water and do more cardio. Make it intense or else you're wasting your time.
How to lose weight fast :
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Start your day with a glass of water.
3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.
4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal.
5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas.
6. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons.
7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice.
8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice
Work out everyday and eat white chicken and veggies oh and honey hot water and apple vinegar helps too in the morning :)

diet and exersize. try new things! go to the store and buy new healthy foods and join a gym! work out with friends! they'll always keep you going!
