Hmm.. if you ever find an answer, please do share. :P
Anywhozy, I think it's different for everyone.
I hate this question, but have you seen a dermatologist? I suppose that works for some people.
Perhaps a heat treatment? Like Claro? Expensive but I guess it works really well for the majority. link
Perhapsy Acne laser treatment.. also pricey, depends how badly you want it gone and how much you're willing to spend.
I think the thing that worked for me the best was becoming vegan actually. Strange, but I believe the bacteria in animal products causes it? Not too sure. But I heard this doesn't work for everyone.
BUT...lowering the amount of milk products you take in seems to help the majority of people.
The best thing I can recommend is to stay active, make sure to exercise everyday, even if it's just a few minutes. Forming routines does your body good. [: Try to eat at the same time every day. Drink PLENTY of water. Eat your veggies. :P And do NOT take in a lot of milk products..
Best of luck. <3 :]

avoid products with lactose, like milk, cheese and such. You can consume it but just really be careful how much you're having also sugary drinks contribute big time and anything sugary. I'm avoiding any products with milk and so far I've been clear. So far since I avoid sugary drinks and milk products a lot when I do consume it which is once or twice a week I know what's coming a little acne but now I guess since I rarely consume it I don't get breakouts at all. also yes drink lots of water, get enough sleep, and eat healthy.
Nobody ever talks about this but it's a big freakin deal. Change your pillow case every single night and see the difference it makes.
A lot of people don't have that many pillow cases to burn, so try using old T-shirts that are clean.
I noticed that whenever I had mini-outbreaks they would occur on the side that touched the pillow. That's pressure acne. Whenever I changed my pillow case, my face would feel clean and invigorated the next morning.
So all you really need to do is shower/wash your face at night and go to sleep on a clean pillow. That will work wonders, I guarantee it.
Healthy diet, don't touch your face, exercise, drink lots of water, sunlight, acne creams / dermatology treatment and last, but certainly not lease, change your genetics.

Unfortunately there is no way to completely stop getting acne, but you can use different faces washes and lotions that are specifically formulated for acne prone skin like ProActiv. There is also a product called Zeno (it uses mild heat against the pimple) to help get rid of it quicker.
Acutane is a miracle drug. I've heard it can have side-effects, but it didn't for me, my mom, or my sister. If yours is bad, this is the only way to make it go away completely quickly. It's a prescription that you take for 3-6 months and never have to take again. I used to break out all the time. Now I get rarely even get a few small spots.
Honey.
my friend started using it and it worked wonders on him.
warm it up in the microwave (not too hot) and use the back of a spoon to rub it on (dont rub it in) wait 5-10 min wipe it off. do that everyday.
unless of course.. your allergic.Whatever you do...do NOT use accutane.Drink water, try using proactive...ive used it before and it worked.
