What can I apply to my face to get rid of acne that I can buy over the counter?

Girls: What can I apply to my face to get rid of acne that I can buy over the counter. I don't have a horrible case of acne but every once in a while, my face develops ONE BIG PIMPLE in the middle of my nose and one small one next to my nostril. This happens at least once every 2 months.

I see guys everyday with no acne at all and a smooth face. What can I buy or apply to never, or at least help minimize, the odds of getting pimples.

Get the Clearasil Ultra pimple pen, and use it like mad when you feel a blemish coming on. Also, try washing your face with a benzoyl peroxide wash rather than salicylic acid.

Use a deep cleansing type of soap. If I were you, I'd go get a facial and ask the esthetician for recommendations. They know as much or more than mds about dealng with acne.

Try a brand called OXY. It's amazing and you can even buy some with cover up built in.
