So my boyfriend is a gamer and is extremely skinny but wants to build some muscle and fat back on his body he's 18 but cannot gain weight from eating a lot of food he what's to know what he could do to get more muscle and abs but I don't know...

He needs to work out. I would start with a push-up routine every day and then get into weight lifting. He needs to consume protein throughout every day, but especially on work-out days.

Sure you're a big hit with the ladies too. Sitting around all day isn't good for your health. Doesn't matter what kind of "shape" you're in on the exterior, sitting around f***s you up on the interior.
