I used to be really overweight, like obese. I have since then lost most of the weight and have gained a lot of muscle in the process. I no longer have any health problems associated with being out of shape and I am VERY active, energetic, and overall pretty athletic (in capability, anyway).
Problem is that I have this last 15-20 or so lbs of fat that won't go away no matter what I do so I have no muscle definition to speak of. None you can see, anyway. And as a result I still have a little bit of a gut that won't go away.
Does this constitute being fit?
