drink whole milk, eat avocados, pasta, any kind of nuts, peanut butter, bananas, homemade pies, cereal, oats, drink fruit juice, whole grain bread, healthy sandwiches, baked potatoes, rice, chocolate (just don't go crazy on it :P) 3 or 4 pounds isn't that much, if you have 3 big meals a day and 2 snacks it should be easy :)
I appreciate the food suggestions! :) I eat a lot of those things already though...
I eat a lot all the time...like a 1/4 of a cake in one night...four slices of pizza AFTER my dinner...a whole bag of chips while watching a movie, etc...

Longer process. Squats, pushups, light weights workout, followed immediately by a protein meal - a can of Tuna, some whey Protein Powder in Nonfat Milk. It'll take a while, but it's far better than gaining it in fat.
