How many pounds does it take to increase breast growth?

im a 32B (small 32B) and i don't like it at all! my mom and sister are both 32C.. so i have pretty good genetics! i am willing to gain a few pounds.. but obviously want to stay in shape! any ideas how much weight i would have to gain?

Well 32b may be small by some people's standards but why do boobs need to be big? I like small boobs on some girls and big boobs on others. I bet your just fine the way you are. My ex had huge insecurities about her breast but I loved them and it was really frustrating that she didn't believe me. (We broke up for entirely unrelated reasons). So I say don't force yourself to gain weight unless your doctor prescribes it. Your body is fine just love it and be proud of who you are!

Depending on your genetics, you could gain 20 pounds and have it all go to your boobs, OR you could gain 20 pounds and have it all go to your thighs and upper arms, and have the same boobs you have now. And even if it all went to your boobs, it could make them saggy and droopy. Who knows? There's no magic answer.

The best advice is: accept that you are in good shape right now, stop comparing yourself to others, and be happy with who you are and what you've got.

I think 32B is good enough but there's exercise or massage that can help without gaining weight :) you can google it,

No no no, I hate it when girls with perfect bodies try to change cause their breast are too small. Don't gain weight and don't get breast implants. There is already a shortage of perfect bodies, please don't ruin it.

32B is perfect so I don't have any ideas
