Critique My Workout Routine?

I'm trying to lose about 20-30 pounds healthily. I'm combining this routine with healthy eating.

I'm going for a run 4 times a week. The kind of run where you do intervals. ie start with a warmup, go moderate, then intense, then moderate, then intense, then cooldown etc. This would take about 40 minutes.

Then, I'm also doing some circuit training at the gym 3 days a week.

Finally, everyday I've been doing, and will continue to do 200 crunches, 200 bicycles, 100 squats.

Is this enough working out?

How long do you think it will take me to lose 20-30 pounds if I am 5'0 and currently 145? Thanks!
