How do American girls get such white teeth?

I noticed that a lot of American girls have reaaaally white teeth. Do Americans just naturally have really white teeth or do all the girls bleach them? (And if they bleach them, with what product?)

They naturally have white teeth.

Why do you think Americans have white teeth? They don't.

They bleach with strips.

They let the dentist bleach their teeth.

I've been told many times that I have pretty white teeth, and I'm American.

I never seemed to notice.

I don't do much.

Just brush with normal whitening toothpaste and gargle with normal whitening mouthwash.

Alot of American girls DO go tanning. I notice that this WILL often make their teeth look a lot whiter.

So maybe this is one of the reasons?

Or maybe it does just happen naturally?

We do try to visit the dentist regularly. I know good hygiene contributes to good white teeth.

A bunch of my friends bleach or whiten their teeth. I THINK I get mine whitened by the dentist? I normally end up falling half asleep whenever I go, so I'm really not sure ><

but I don't go often and think my teeth are pretty normal colored compared to everyone else

Crest Whitestrips 3D Vivid. Amazing! It cost me like 50 dollars and they are apparently as effective as a bleaching session at the dentist. My dentist even said it is "unfair" that Whitestrips are allowed to contain the same active ingredient as dentists' treatments.

there is flouride in our water supply. a lot of people use toothpastes with whitening agents, bleach their teeth and visit the dentist more . crest white strips is pretty inexpensive and popular

Dentists push a chemical tooth whitening treatment in the US. It's bad for your teeth, weakens the calcium coat and sets you up for decay problems later in life, but both women and men go in for it a lot in the US. It may seem stupid, but compared to voting for Bush or Obama, it's no worse.

We have various products that help whiten our teeth like toothpaste, gum and whitening strips. I use a whitening toothpaste and chew on whitening gum. My teeth are white, not pearly white but a nice color.

I brush my teeth regularly and go to the dentist but don't do anything particular. There are a lot of whitening treatments offered at dentist offices, malls, tanning salons, and in the stores that some people use.

whitening toothpaste and mouthwash

white strips once every few months

that's all it takes.

I have never used strips I brush and floss twice a day and I use whitening toothpaste
