Does working out in intervals lead to more weight loss overall?

If I do 20 minutes each on 3 different cardio machines, will I lose more weight than staying on one machine for 45-60 minutes?

For example:

20 minutes on the Stairmaster, at least 15 of them were intense

20 minutes on the treadmill, warmed up for 4 mins, ran for 10 mins, then speed walked uphill for the rest of the time

20 minutes on the bike, fast pedaling the whole time

Will this lose more fat on my body than just doing the whole workout on one machine?

Either way I will supplement it with weights at the end.

And sometimes I also incorporate other machines instead of these such as elliptical and other similar machines.
