Here. There is a series of very informative, educational videos on YouTube that can help people manage their weight very well. They're also quite entertaining to watch.
Bulk up on calories. I'm talking 4-5k calories per day. Even more if you do a lot of physical activity during the day. Remember though that you can still eat healthy and gain weight.
Eat food that are high in protein like chicken and peanut butter. Make sure you eat 5 meals a day (they can be small) but still eat healthy.
if you're that weight naturally, then learn to appreciate what you've got. all you can/should be doing is exercising and eating healthy...

Peanut butter and jelly sanwich at night! with some whole milk, your body can't work off the fat while your sleep and therefore you gain weight
I would suggest foods that are rich with protein.
i wish I was like you... I am 5'2" and 118
Half a gallon of milk a day for a month
rich foods or chocolate (not a lot though!)
Protein shakes.
