yOU SHOULD NEVER TRAIN FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AT ANY ONE TIME, AS THIS NON PRODUCTIVE, AND EVERYTIME YOU DO EXERCISE, HAVE A DAY OFF IN BETWEEN, OR YOU WILL CAUSE YOUR BODY TO PLATEAU AND STORE MOE FATS THAN BEFORE, SO STICK TO 45 MINS EVERY OTHER DAY AND TRY TRAINING ON WEIGHTS FOR UPPER BODY ON YOUR INBETWEEN DAYS AS THIS WILL MAX OUT YOUR EXERCISE EFFORTS AND GIVE YOU QUICKER RESULTS, AND TO LOSE 15LB SHOULD TAKE YOU 6-7 WEEKS WHICH IS THE SAFEST TIME OR MUSCLE IS LOST IF YOU ACHIEVE THIS FASTER, SO STICK TO 2LB EVERY WEEK MAX, BUT REMEMBER SOME OF THIS WILL BE WATER, NOT MASS. GOOD LUCK,X

Yes, it's enough carido, although doing only one exercise tends to overdevelop a certain set of muscles and that can because problems down the road. Two 30 minute sessions with stretching or running in between is better than one 60 miniute session, just for that reason.
I would say to work out in intervals instead. Do thirty minutes to forty minutes of cardio a day paired with weights about 4 or 5 times a week or so. And don't do the same machine all the time, do different machines on different days or do two sets of fifteen-20 minutes on each machine. And when you are on the machine don't go at the same speed the whole time, go from easier to harder to easier to harder yo uget the idea, push yourself btu don't go highest speed the whole time.

It will be better then the 60mins, because you'll be able to increase the intensity.
you'll be good.
