Ladies I need your help....with tampons

Well I used a tampon for the first time and it didn't hurt when I inserted it but when I walked around I could feel it in and it was getting uncomfortable but when it came to take it out it was so painful and it didn't just slide out I had to pull it out really hard and it hurt and I only had it in for a couple of minutes. What did I do wrong?

I don't think you did nothing wrong. My girl used to have the same problem. Sometimes they get uncomfortable and hurt with the period. Especicall if your using it for the first time. I would reccomend either trying another brand or just using the tampon pad instead.

You didn't have it inserted in the right place. The vagina slopes upwards towards your back not straight up so angle as you insert. Make sure you're using the right flow type too.
