Okay soi have a personal trainer and I workout with him four times a week but that isn't cutting it for me...is there any way that someone knows that you can cut down you belly fat really fast ..ad also inner thighs?
There is no way to target fat loss on a particular part of your body. Your body naturally stores fat pretty evenly throughout your body which certain parts being more focused because they don't impair normal function as much. If you want to lose fat in your belly or inner thigh you need to just lose weight in general. Cardio and a good diet will do that.
