How do you get your partner to lose weight and be a better kisser?

I love my gal but not really into kissing her Because she doesn't kiss that well and she has gained some weight so I'm not totally chasing her for sx any more.. whats' the best solution.. for the gals how would you prefer to be informed about this from your hubby?

we still have sx as much as she wants and we like it a lot but I don't feel the drive as much as I would if things were physically more compatable. and I don't feel okay with saying anything mean. I love her. and she loves me.

Ask her to join a gym with you. It'd be a good activity and shouldn't make her feel horribly insecure about your feelings for her body. Maybe say you want to start eating better and you want it to be together (not a weight-loss diet, just a healthy long-term one... you know, with veggies, fruits, whole grains, etc.). See about not filling up the plates so much. Americans especially still have that whole 'depression' mentality when it comes to food. I'm sure you've had someone in your life saying "Finish that plate! Think about all those starving African children!" This is a horrible thing to do, because people keep eating after their hunger is satiated.

As for kissing... maybe tell her when you do like something she does while kissing? If you've never given her pointers, then she may not think anything is wrong and so doesn't know to try different things. Don't be aggressive about it though. Proceed with caution. ;)

I think the best solution is you need to have sex with her, buy her some sexy lingerie, and maybe she'll try harder to look nice or be sexy for you. If that doesn't work, you should ask her why your sex life together has died down and look into other issues.

You really can't direct address she's too fat to be attractive to you, that would really hurt.

Perhaps you and your gal just have different kissing style.

Just tell her she needs to tone up.. I mean, there really isn't a way to go about this.. Buy more fruits and vegetable, go to the gym together, morning or night jog..
