Basically, now I cut out sugary foods like biscuits, sweets, chocolat, all candy, cakes etc... I don't eat bread after breakfast for the whole day and I don't ever eat pasta or potato or rice. this means at lunch, normally I have some olives and cheese, some coffee, maybe a little yogurt. at dinner, I make vegetable- based meals like aubergine stew and I have a salad along with it, or I'll have lean protein like chicken or fish with salad. But, I drink quite a lot of black tea, and normally I put two sugar cubes in every cup. that's my vice. I also do pilates for 30 minutes or 10 minutes of high intensity cardio around 4 times a week.
