Trying to get back in shape for 2012 despite being inactive for 5yrs.

Okay so, I'm trying to get in shape for 2012, but I don"t really know how to start out. I barely have time to work up a sweat for 30 min each day due to the fact that I attend school full-time and right after that there is my part-time job.

Anyway, what I am trying to say here is... since I haven't been active for like a decade now...lol (NOT REALLY ...MORE LIKE 5YRS.) what should I start out with? What activity should I do first or would better suit my lifestyle?

examples: Running?...etc (Ran out of solutions)
