DON'T TAKE SUPPLEMENTS NO MATTER HOW SAFE YOU ARE TOLD THEY ARE. I ve never heard of aleo vera causing weight loss. I've been on ever type of diet you can ask for. then I fuinally stopped trying to take the easy road and did calories in calories out I was 186 dropped down to 128 in 3 months no stretch marks ate more fiber and exercised at first just walking I stayed down then I started taking birth control on and muching 143lbs and been steady.
I went on a salad and cupcake and green tea supplement diet lost 25lbs in less than a month month then got off it.. I went from 119 - 186 in a matter of 4 months body stored fat then my digestive tracts been messed up ever since. body stored fat like crazy
I also went on a Quaker bar and water diet at one point got down to 125 from 146 then I gained my weight back and stayed steady.

eat breakfast cereal ( any general mills) in the morning EVERY morning eat in portions get SILK milk unsweetened taste same as regular milk . Get snack bars that have fiber/ whole grain in them... go to the deli get your sandwich meat and for better flavor get (whole grain flat bred) its a little costly but $3.77 here for 8 pieces only 100 calories for both. snack whatever under 250 calories. if its something like chocolate or something and your like me and binge eat it when you don't get it then make sure its in there. eat dinner in portion... go on mile long walk or more.. first start working on legs in gym and things will feel a lot easier if gym walk on incline and with a little speed

It's a healthy food, helps with digestion. It won't help much with weight loss, though, for that you need to have a healthy low calorie diet and exercise!

I don't think so.
Cut out all sodas and sugary drinks from your diet. Only drink water if you can help it.
Don't go out to eat. Cook your own meals at home with minimal processed foods, and try not to eat foods that come out of boxes. There are tons of healthy recipes online if you search for them.
Get a gym membership or do some kind of intense workout like P90X or Insanity. Working out only a couple times a week with minimal effort won't do any good as you'll be cheating nobody but yourself. You'll need to commit.
Basically I'm telling you to lose the weight the healthy way.Its healthy, but won't help you lose weight. Try taking green tea supplements and multivitamins a long with exercising and eating a healthy and balanced diet. If you need specifications for workouts or what to eat let me know.
Aloe vera is extremely healthy both topically and when consumed, but I've never heard that it helps with weight loss.
I've never heard of that but I don't think so cause aloe vera moistens your skin.
Birth control.
Also, try P90X. It's a workout but...it'll help!
