What do you generally eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?
Second question: how does your diet affect your health? Is it improving it or ruining it?
Breakfast: Usually a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of fat free yogurt, and some herbal tea or coffee
lunch: grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken salad, or a slice of veggitarian pizza, with a peice of fruit of some sort.
dinner: I eat a light dinner, if I eat dinner at all.
I haven't noticed anything negative about my health. I don't have any health problems, and I feel fine. So I guess it's ok.
Breakfast: a piece of toast with peanut butter + coffee
Mid-morning snack: banana
Lunch: a sub sandwich or microwavable frozen pasta dinner
After-work snack: chocolates or mini tacos
Dinner: rice and chinese food
Dessert: slice of pie or grapes
I'm quite healthy according to my latest general health check up in December and blood tests done at that time.
Breakfast : 2 glass of banana shake, one cup of tea
before lunch : tea with biscuits
lunch: link its roti, link this is sabji, so every day sabji is changed
dinner: Roti, and link this is Dal, its contains beans and veggies.

lol yeah but I think dinner is awesome cause its hot.
my diet usually consists of oat meals (breakfast) ...then there is hard boiled eggs,fish,chicken,grams,brown rice, salads,peanuts,red meat, yogurt,cottage cheese and yes mixed vegetable juice ...these are some of the common things that I eat usually
