What is the least amount of food you have eaten in a day?

i didn't eat anything at all today :(

I was depressed and didn't eat for a week. I guess I had a few pices of fried meet , like a bit and a few slices of cheese with water a day. But I was in the bed all day long and I remember thinking I don't care anymore, I was thinking I'll die. Interestingly I lived with my family and they didn't care. I remember being alone and feeling cold all the time.

Yesterday I just had a bowl of steamed rice and veggies, and today I just had a thick slice of brown toast and two cups of coffee. I feel alright though. :)

Periodically I fast for 2-3 days, drink only water or vitamin products. I think it's healthy to do this occasionally when you're not busy.

I just can't keep away. I think the least I had in a day was a cup of coffee and goldfish crackers and that was when I was on a plane and I hate airplane food.

Idk on a day I go to school, I eat nothing. Sometimes its for a few days straight, I know its bad but at my school. You are too stressed to eat.
