I don't eat breakfast...sometimes skip lunch...on rare days even dinner.
But usually I eat dinner and go to sleep.
Dinner is usually cream cheese toast and jelly with apple juice.
On good days when I have home cooked meals I stuffed my face with pork,chicken,rice etc...and sometimes throwup from over eating.
So, a while back I remember when all I ate was mini wheat cereal..2 percent milk served hot in the microwave with maple syrup..
That made me take many craps and loose weight like hell.
So, I stopped.
I tried it with oatmeal too..and same effect.
So..now I wanted to try eating fruits and veggies and cut out all types of added sugar foods, added salts, meats and fried anything.
The problem is I don't like the flavor of veggies without meats...
I have been eating only bananas, oranges and yogurt for 2 days
now...but I feel like I am not dieting right.
I have a heard time eating breakfast..It make my stomach hurt...I never eat directly after getting up from sleep...I eat at least 3 or 4 hours after.
