I know I sound like I'm just fine because my BMI is 18.9, but I have a little bit of fat I'd like to burn off to tone up before summer. It's not a lot, but I'd just like to start a healthier lifestyle so I'm still in shape for tennis in the fall.
I already do at least 45 minutes of intense cardio once per week, sometimes twice. My current mile time is under 10 minutes and I can run the whole thing, so I'm not really out of shape at all.
If someone on here knows of any good things to do for cardio to burn fat, I have access to both an elliptical and a treadmill.
Also, I'm open to trying new types of workouts to tone my inner thighs and stomach.
