What would be a good workout regime purely using one's own body weight.
I plan on running a mile in the AM, 100 pushups, and 20 pullups a day.

Trending & News Understanding the principles behind what makes those exercises work will give you the most benefit. Running a mile will not necessarily improve your fitness. Though alternating sprints and jogging for a mile will. 100 Pushups a day will not necessarily improve your fitness. Though, doing as many as you can in two minutes will. Try this:
-Pick a time for how fast you'd like to run a mile in (i.e. 8:00, 7:00, 6:00, etc)
-If you're aiming for just one mile, alternate running one lap at that pace (1 lap in 2:00, 1:45, 1:30, etc).
-Jog/walk a lap in between. That will help improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
For pushups:
-Do as many as you can in two minutes utilizing correct form.
-Give yourself 30 seconds of rest
-Do as many as you can in 60 seconds with correct form.
-30 Seconds rest
-30 Seconds of pushups with correct form.
Do not rest on your knees unless you have to. Correct form is all the way up until the elbows are locked. Then, all the way down until your arms break a 90 degree plane. Then, back up until elbows are locked out.
Pull-ups.
Essentially, the same. Break them down into sets, do the minimum number you want with as little rest as possible in between.
Once you reach all your goals, reset them.
pushups, pull ups, jumping quats, lunges, leg raises, sit ups, plank
and a lot of variation for those exercises
yoga is nice too

Trhow in tennis or other aerobic outdoor activity involving footwork and changes of direction, just so oyu'll be in balance. True, you don't need weights really.
Try different variations of pushups and pull-ups, like wide and narrow.
I think you should start of small then work your way up like do 10 pushups then add 5 each week
Do cardio or circut training-do the running&push ups 3 times a week then do biking and sit ups for the other 4 days like every other day
Also add sprinting
