It doesn't change too much. I have basically the same breakfast. It just depends on my mood and what my day is like. I have similar lunches day to day, but sometimes I go buy lunch and it changes. Dinner is ever changing.
Some days are super healthy, somedays aren't as healthy as they could be. On rare occasions I splurge on the entire day.
I am pretty active though and work out every day so my diet can vary and it won't affect my much. However, if I stuck to a super strict routine I could probably whittle down super lean in about 2 months.

I generally always have a salad for dinner. Breakfast and lunch typically change every week (but at the same throughout the week). I do this because when I go grocery shopping I usually find something new to try.

i eat pretty randomly,whatever is in the fridge really. sometimes I eat like 6 times a day,sometimes I don't eat all day-i doubt that's very healthy,but I don't have the cooking abilities or the power to make my mom buy proper food,so that's what I get.
I don't eat breakfast though its very important but my tummy never feel hungry in mornings.
