Today I have officially lost 50 pounds. I'm 6'2 and went from 321 to 270lbs.

I want to step up my dieting and workout routine. I'm tired of being a fat loser who can't get girls while all my friends get laid. 50 pounds isn't enough and nothing will ever be enough until I have a decent (or at least close to it) because life isn't worth living in this body. I want to step up my dieting and workout routine.

I want to lose weight even faster and become stronger and faster.
