Is eating bread going to totally kill my diet?

So I just started working at subway and because my rent is so expensive I don't have a whole lot of money to spend on healthy groceries. Everything I buy is healthy, but I just can't buy a lot of it. I have lost quite a bit of weight and started lifting a few weeks ago. Anyways the guys I work with are always always telling me to eat and I am allowed any free food I want while I work. This would be really helpful cuz I wouldn't have to use my food for lunch and since I go to the gym right after work I wouldn't have to worry about working out on an empty stomach. the problem is that I have not been eating any bread at all since I started losing weight, it really wasn't that hard to do. But will it totally kill me to eat a 6 inch wheat sandwhich with turkey or chicken and lots of veggies everyday? It would honestly save me loads of money. I usually eat some type of energy bar (belvita bars), boiled eggs, or greek yogurt for breakfast and for dinner I usually have some type of meat (shrimp, tuna, grilled chicken, tilapia, salmon) and black beans or quinoa and a veggie (almost always asparagus). maybe eating a sandwhich everyday will help me build some muscle in my behind lol? I am still trying to lose weight so anyone else who has lost weight while still eating bread everyday? I am doing very good, I mean damn those subway cookies are so tempting but i have grown into a very disciplined person and I dont want to ruin that by eating anything that could be considered a gateway food (as in make me crave other junk food).

Also if you like to order mayonaise at subway, be careful because apparently when they refill the mayonaise containers they usually refill it with whatever package of mayonaise is already opened, so that means if you ordered lite mayo there is a good chance you are getting regular mayo and vice versa.

So I am never eating subway again after throwing my sandwhich up at work and having to leave early with severe stomach pain haha. but I appreciate all of your guy's opinions!
