If you have cravings when you aren't hungry, try and do something else to take it off your mind and drink some water. If you do that and you still really want something, choose a healthier option. For instance, Republic of Tea has a cocoa flavored tea that you could drink instead of hot chocolate. Or you could buy a bar of dark chocolate (over 70% cocoa for maximal antioxidant and health benefits) and eat a piece or two. I love the Endangered Species chocolate brand, mint or cranberry almond dark chocolate - it is ethically sourced and delicious. :)
my motivation to lose weight was pictures of slim beautiful girls, I know it sounds weird but I found some pictures of girls with ideal bodies and one was near fridge, and many in my room.. so every time I wanted chocolate ( and I really wanted) I looked at one of this pictures thinking" I must look like this, I will look like this " and for me it helped;)
just be happy doing your workout..forget the charts an statistics. don't be in the mirror every ten seconds. and your weight loss will surprise you.
simple, if you want to eat hot chocolate in the evening, workout harder at the gym to burn those calories. that's what id do :D
