I'm fairly certain that the weight will also be lost from your boobs and you'll be right back where you started but if you constantly gain weight but work out your legs, stomach, sides, back and arms while somehow excluding your chest then it might be possible for your weight to go directly to your chest but what do I know? You should ask a professional if it's possible. Your age is under 18 though so I wouldn't worry, you have a few years yet before you're fully developed.

Haha no this won't work, at least not for you boobs. Youd have to gain significant weight to add size to your boobs, a lot o weight. It will help with the ass and legs though, don't revert to eating fatty food though. Be happy with your body, skinny girls are awesome. As for your boobs, all boobs are beautiful and I bet theyre bigger than you make them out to be.

If you eat lots of food, who's to say it will only go to your boobs and not other places
And when you work out, you'll burn fat, including some of the fat on your boobs

Dont worry about how you look. There will always be someone that is looking for an exact body like yours. Besides its about personality that matters, imagine you being with some dude who is very attractive but with a boring personality. Looks age but personalities dont.
if you want a better body, you must eat a lot(the right food obviously) and workout during doing all that. cause if you just eat a lot, your most likely gonna gain weight in the wrong places
If you are trying to build muscle and "good curves" you might want to focus on protein rich foods and carbs.
