So I haven't been exercising lately because I am not losing weight and I've put some back on but the reason for this is because I'm still eating too much for what I can take and I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to eating small meals every day. I have read up on articles and websites and all it says is use a small side plate or have a mixture of salad, meat and a handful of carbs like rice but it's not helping me figure out what's small still. I've tried this and I'm still eating too much and not losing weight at all, I definitely need a pair of scales but currently I keep going back and forward from my parents giant meals to then back to trying to eat less but I still can't get the grips of it. Any practical ideas of what I can do to implement small eating into my daily life even when I'm at college? I want to make it as easy as possible for myself not super complicated.

P.s I'm limited on my budget and what I can eat, I have to mostly eat what my family makes but trying to impliment what my parents eat into something healthy is harder than it is at college as I got more variation there, were all very limited, I can buy celery, lettus, onion and a pepper once a week with some lemon juice but at home it's hard to figgure out how I can make it smaller with how much they make.

Is there any way I can turn my parents huge meals made for 3 into a small meal? the things we eat is chilli concarni (that includes rice), spageti bolognes ether with penne pasta, spegeti or that italian spinicah and white spegeti, mince meat, sausages, sometimes gammon slices, cheese and ham omellete, sometimes cheese and egg pie with those chunky chip thingies, noodles, and Sundays we mostly have a Sunday meal with chicken, vegies, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings, I can see though we

Really lack in the vegetables department, I buy my own salad and sometimes fruit to try and make up for it but I feel I am still not getting enough of it in my diet, I want to be able to only eat a little of what my parents make but replace the rest with vegies without making the meal too huge.
