To do an overhead press with my bar I need to lift it from the ground.
I pretty much get in the dead lift position, lift quick and I'm alright, nothing even feels it. I don't duck under the bar towards the end of the lift or squat really low at the start of the lift. Is it OK to do that? I know it's not a power clean, but I'm not interested in that, I just want to know if you think I'll do myself in. :P
