From my own experiences, and people I've talked to about theirs, the most things I hear have to do with feeling more energy, getting better sleep, feeling better, cleaner, happier, or overall feeling 'lighter.'
Some tips I picked up from switching lifestyles: Avoid the mirror and scales as your judge. You see yourself everyday, it's hard to pick up on minute changes. The scale will fluctuate with each thing you've eaten, and water retention. If you've a tendency to stress and fret over the newest scale reading, I'd say find a good soft measuring tape with no stretch to it, write your dimensions down, then check it either weekly if you're somewhat active, or maybe monthly if you're making slow lifestyle changes.
Congratulations for taking the step to make healthier changes!

not sure if you can actually feel the weight loss, but eating healthy will improve your hair, skin, nails and overall appearence. You will look and feel more healthy, because you are eating more healthy
I'm not quite sure can you feel it.. but you can definitely read it from the scales!

Even if you don't see a difference yet- your body can and it loves it! I'm the same way. I haven't gained or lost weight, but after cutting out diet soda I feel a million times more energetic, lighter/less bloated, and hydrated(I didn't realize I wasn't until I cut it out). Even eating fast food once in a blue moon feels like crap now, and I can't even touch diet coke without feeling sick from it.
Good job keep it up!Yeah you can feel it, everything gets easier.
You can feel it :)
