When you lose weight can you feel it?

trying to drops some pounds eating right exercise walk 5 miles a day for 4 days each week. No sweets, soda. I been doing this for 2 weeks. I have been feeling good more energy, Feel light not drowsy or anything. when I started the new eating habit/excessive the first week I was just detoxify constantly going to the bathroom. Eating three burgers a week and fried good to eating baked and fruit and vegetables that make your body feel different. For the past week I just feel like I lost some weight can't tell always looking in the mirror.
