You are asking one of the holy grail questions of the woman psyche. If someone had a clear and definitive answer to this questions like this, they would be millionaires. The fact is, women are predisposed to be competitive in nature. Whether you realize it or not, single or married, you are in constant competition with every woman you encounter and the media plays its part to haunt you by telling you that you must be this big and this tall to be attractive. Even as I write this now, there's an add on my screen showing a fit model in tight shorts, subconsciously telling women that they need to lose weight and look like her to be desired. At the fire department that I work for I have a friend who is a female fitness model, works out at least two hours a day and I constantly have to listen to her complain about being fat. In my opinion, you need to learn how to be true to yourself. Know who you are and except your body for what it is, beautiful. I don't care what you look like and I don't know but I can tell you now that with the right mindset and a positive outlook, you are gorgeous. I hope that my rambling helps in some way :)

Put up a picture of yourself somewhere where you'll look at it often, and put pictures of more or less average girls you know next to it..
Most likely you'll be the thinnest one of the whole set, and that should reassure you you'aren't gorss or chunky at all!
I still struggle with self image at 40. You will always have those fat days. I like to do things a little out of my comfort zone regularly, like no t-shirt over my bathers at the beach, wearing a shirt that is a bit shorter than I prefer. I find that I can be proud of myself for not caring what other people think and that really boosts my self esteem. I also try to draw attention to my better features so that I feel my not so good features aren't out there too much.
I totally understand where you are coming from. Sometimes I feel gross too, and I think that's just something about being a person. It's natural. If you really feel that awful, then work out. Don't try and lose weight, but just try and gain muscle. Get toned. Cardio 3 times a week. It may not even make a difference, but you will feel better.

Look in the mirror and tell yourself your perfect and you except yourself in every way until it sink in...
I was the same-I know I look really good but part of me feels chunky... Time helps, You just need time to adust to your new body...Treat yourslf to nice clothes and do things that make you feel good in your body :)
If you still want to lose more weight and have a target weight in mind, go for it! Once you've done that, treat yourself to a new dress or a new outfit and have a look-see in the mirror at how great you look.
Idk upload a pic and let people gauge it, if you're at normal weight you don't sound fat..
