Lost weight but still feel chunky and gross, how can i accept myself?

That you're thin enough? I've never been overweight technically, but I was chunky. I've lost a decent bit of weight and I'm on the lower end of the bmi. But I still feel all chunky and gross.

I'm 5'7" and about 130lbs. I know I'm not overweight. But I could be less and still be ok.
