Unhealthy eating is fine if you're thin, but not if you're fat?

My two friends and I were talking about how some girls are afraid to eat in public, and it led to how people react when you're eating junk depending on what you look like...

One of the friends is skinny and eats like crap, but people will see her eat half a pizza and be like, "It's cool that you can eat so much and stay so thin!"

My other friend and I are on the chubby side, and if we're seen just eating a burger, it's, "OMFG DON'T YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH?"

If it's really about health, wouldn't *anyone* get harassed about what they're eating (not that I'm in favor of that idea)?

I'm not trying to sound bitter haha, I'm trying to understand the reasoning here. Anyone have any thoughts?
