Can I tone my legs in a week?
P.S I'm willing to do as much exercises as possible!
This depends on a number of factors, first what are your expectations, two what have you done in the past and lastly what is your motivation. Now granted I understand the nature of your question from what I read in your initial statement, but I guess what I mean is, are you doing this because you are wishing to impress someone or just for general fitness reasons. Now for your initial question, can you tone your legs in a week? Well yes and no. Yes in that you can in fact exercise for a week, which will in turn have an effect on your legs. Will you be able to notice the difference? Yes you will feel a difference, will it be visible, in that you will have people noticing that you executed said exercise for a week? More than likely not, this has nothing to do with you or your efforts, but barring major intensive as well as invasive surgery, it will take longer than one week to tone your legs in the fashion you have described. Now does this mean you should do nothing? No, if you wish you should exercise, just know that it can be a rather long process, as this is the way your body is made. Look at it this way, nothing really happens that fast in our bodies it's not the way our biology is designed. It takes 9 months alone for us to develop into babies, and between 14-17 years to become of reproducible age and typically 25-36 years to become mature adults, so in this sense the time table you have set for yourself may need a little adjusting. However this is a good thing, I say this because if we were able to effect change as rapidly as one week I suspect that not only would our life spans be significantly shorter we would have very different lives than what we do now, so with this in mind, take heart and find an exercise you enjoy and then stick with it, in this way you will be able to enjoy a healthy level of fitness that will have you looking good while you are having fun. I hope this helps.
I'll tell ya how to get a hell of a start on it;
Lay a fat book, like a phone book on the hard floor, now stand so that just your toes and the ball of your feet are on the book, stand up straight, feet together and lift till you're standing as tall as you would be in 4'' heels, hold it for a count of 3 then slowly lower till your heels are on the floor again...if ya can do that for 10 minutes at a time 3 or 4 times a day, you'll see marked improvement..if that becomes too easy back off till just your toes are on the book. You might use a chair back to steady your self till you get comfortable with it..but don't use the chair as a crutch. ..90 days of that and your ass will cut paper..haha

In a healthy way? No. Any exercise rushed will most likely harm your body, especially if you're not used to it.
Just make a decision to stick with exercising (running, swimming, bicycling, squats, etc), and you'll be fine, perhaps seeing some results before summer ends! You said your legs aren't so fat so don't even trip about the beach visit.
Good luck!
You can notice a difference in muscle tone in a week, yes, but not in their size or shape...it'sjust a matter of stretching and doing weight bearing exercises of different types every day, along with jogging/running...
If you want a better shape and size, well, that will take some time, but you'll notice better tone within a few days, that's the good news!
you can do squats, deadlifts, and run. of course, you are gonna be hella sore; and you'd probably be in so much pain that you'll probably end up staying home instead of going to the beach.:)
I wanted to answer this one, so I asked my Girlfriend what the hell leg toning is. She didn't know. O_o Not that it helps, it's just funny.
How'd your legs get fat anyway? Too much coke? Too much potato time?
depends what kind of shape your already in. a week? not sure, in a month possibly
Run
Most likely will take longer then a week.
