How do you guys keep motivated to lose weight/tone up etc? I've never been 'fat' but anytime I see myself gaining weight and looking a little chubbier than normal, the disgusting image in the mirror is enough to start me back dieting. But with toning up I can keep it up for a day or two but then I just get bored and I've no energy to continue. I know I need to get off my ass and work out but how can I motivate myself? I'm always putting it off til later and then I forget or can't be bothered. I try and have routines, like doing so much before breakfast etc but I HATE routines. I need change because it just gets boring!
