How to slim my legs?

Im not big or anything, but my legs are thick, its where all my bulk goes. I work out a lot, like running and stuff, but not weights or super bulking stuff. And I want skinny legs. That don't touch.

They don't a lot, but I still don't like it. I could lose a few more pounds maybe? But I'll be underweight if I do much more.

Are there any certain exercises or stuff that could narrow them more?
