They don't a lot, but I still don't like it. I could lose a few more pounds maybe? But I'll be underweight if I do much more.

Well, I have tried to get peace.love to try the Tracy Anderson Method, but she has probably heard bad things about Tracy. It's okay. A lot of people don't agree with Tracy's view on things, but the workouts work.
The method helps women workout without bulking up. She has DVDs available, as well as YouTube videos. Some people who do her method include Gwenyth Paltrow, Molly Sims, Kristin Davis, and Christy Turlington.
I'll probably buy the DVD once I get to college so I can do it before classes or something

I recommend you get the book 30 Day Method because it includes a black and white DVD that show the exercises, that way you can do the cardio and matwork for cheaper.
But her Mat Workout is my favorite. It's an hour long, but you can obviously dedicate yourself. I also have her original dance cardio DVD and it almost killed me at first, so you should probably try her Beginners Dance Cardio DVD. There are bad reviews about music selection and small technical things in her DVDs.
If you ignore the small things that have irritated people, the results are worth it.
Okay that was a lot, but if you only buy one item, make it the book or the Mat Workout DVD. Lol but I really want you to try her cardio because the running doesn't seem to agree with your body.

What's your height and weight?
Try long, steady cardio as opposed to short cardio like interval training or HIIT. If possible, try distance running or an hour long of swimming(which is also easy on the joints and knees).
Also, lower your calorie intake, but no less than 1200. Just 100-300(if you're overweight) calories less
I only eat 1200 as is. I'm 5'8" and about 130, and I'm aiming for about 120 though.

Then don't lower your calorie intake, simply change your workout. You need long steady cardio to help lose the muscle :P

just lots and lots of cardio. 5"10 and used to be 150 pds, used to be able to fit into skinny jeans and my thighs never touched. I did more cardio than anything else. there's a point in doing cardio where you start burning muscle and fat if that is what your plan is. iam now 220, currently lost 30 pds, trying to get down to 160 by next February. I've kept my skinny jeans with size 30inch waist.
on another note, I also ate healthy. I was extremely fit, some of those girls look border line anorexic :/
I'm healthy too. I just want to be slim, not super skinny. 5'8" and 120 is where I'm going to.
well for your height that definitely will be slim. wouldn't recommend losing anymore past that point though.

Do lean muscle excersices like biking, running, swimming and stretching. Try and stay away from leg weights, stair climbing and too much climbing stuff They might. Find out more about lean muscle excersices. Running is best.
