I'm fat... but weigh less? I'm 19, 5'9, and only 157 pounds. But I have man boobs and a gut and jiggly thighs and every thing.
Can someone suggest what I should do? its weird being fat but not weighing a lot. maybe I lost a lot of muscle? idk
diet plays a huge role in body fat - eat small meals every 3 hours, drink plnety of water
workout - try to target larger muscles or do exercises that hit multiple body parts since they will burn the most calories and speed up your metabolism
lastly play sports they are the best way to burn fat while having fun
i lose about 10-15 pounds each summer cause I play sports a lot you can do the same thing
Get involved in a sport that you enjoy, try to find something you really love to do and keep at it! Perhaps if you struggle to find one, maybe try and get yourself involved in cardio based activities like swimming or running that should really help to get you more lean and tone up what you have.
watch your fat intake diet wise, increase protein and fiber.
get in the gym and hit the weights. chest fly, push ups, cardio (jumping rope in five minute intervals of lifting and jumping and lifting and jumping, etc).
bench press slowly but surely and be sure to stretch!

I lost a lot of weight by eating less ( I started to control myself) & buying a bike ! Sometimes I just ride it for an hour & a half, without being out of breath, just enjoying the sun, hair in the air ^^
Stop drinking beer !
